Use Subscription settings to view access status and feature availability.

What this controls

• Access to gated capabilities (for example export or AI-related features, depending on plan).
• Account-level entitlement visibility.

How to use it

1. Open Settings > Subscription.

2. Confirm plan/status is active and current.

3. If a feature is unavailable, verify entitlement here before troubleshooting app logic.

Troubleshooting

• If status looks stale, refresh and re-open the app session.
• If plan appears correct but feature is blocked, capture screenshots and contact support from Help.
