Use Preferences to tune day-to-day UX behaviour without changing policy logic.

Typical uses

• Set accent/theme choices for clearer status reading.
• Adjust interaction options that affect editing comfort.
• Control display defaults used across tabs.

How to use it

1. Open Settings > Preferences.

2. Change one setting at a time.

3. Return to the diagram/reports and confirm behaviour is as expected.

4. Keep team conventions documented if multiple users share screenshots/reviews.

Notes

• Preference changes should not alter scoring logic.
• If behaviour looks inconsistent after changes, refresh and re-open the active project.
